Day 2 Bangkok ( B / L / - ) Breakfast at Hotel Visit The Royal Grand Palace which features some of the most spectacular architecture in South East Asia. This palace begun in 1782, consist of several building with highly decorated architectural details. Visit Wat Phra Kaew which is in the same compound, house the famous Emerald Buddha which is the most sacred Buddha image in Thailand. Lunch at outside restaurant Afternoon City Temple Tour includes Wat Traimit (Golden Buddha), with its large Golden Buddha image, constructed during the Sukhothai period, Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha) is one of Bangkok's oldest and largest temple and Wat Benchamabopit (The Marble Temple), main building was constructed during the reign of King Rama V. Overnight in Bangkok, Day 3 Bangkok - Damnern Saduak Floating Market - Kanchanaburi ( B / L / - ) Breakfast at Hotel Depart Bangkok for Samut Songkram province, Stop at Coconut Sugar Palm is a famous quality product of Samut Songkram, Arrive at Damnernsaduak district take a long tail speed boat to Market at Damnernsaduak Floating Market this is best know destination in Patchaburi where the timeless lifestyle of native Thai people can be observed along the canals. Visit to Royal Thai Handicraft Village. Lunch at outside restaurant. Drive to Kanchanaburi province, Arrive at Kanchanaburi, visit The JEATH War Museum, the enclave in the riverside precincts of Wat Chaichumphon, has been constructed in the form of an Allied POW camp. The name JEATH is derived from countries inextricably associated with the years 1942 through 1945, namely Japan, England, America, Australia, Thailand and Holland. Visit Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, the cemetery of the remains of over 6,000 prisoners of war, who lost their lives during the construction of the " Death Railway ". Continue visit The Bridge Over the River Kwai, the major landmark is the black iron bridge spanning the Kwai Yai river which was brought from Java by the Japanese army and reassembled under Japanese supervision by Allied prisoner-of-war (POW) labour as part of the ‘Death Railway' intended to link Thailand with Myanma(Burma). Day 4 Kanchanaburi - Ayuthaya ( B / L / - ) Breakfast at Hotel Depart Kanchanaburi for Ayutthaya City, Former capital city Siam. Visit Wat Phra Si Sanphet, the most important temple within The Royal Palace compound and corresponds to The Emerald Buddha Temple in Bangkok's Grand Palace. Lunch at restaurant. Visit Wat Yai Chaya Mongkol is also called Wat Chao Phya Thai, the Great Temple of Auspicious Victory, derived its name from the Chedi built to commemorate the renowned victory of King Naresuan. Wat Panan Choeng, an old monastery housing Thailand's largest ancient Buddha image, known as "Luang Po To". Dinner at outside restaurant ( If Full Board ) Overnight in Ayuthaya.
Day 5 Ayuthaya - Phitsanulok - Sukhothai ( B / - / - ) Breakfast at Hotel Depart Ayuthaya early today and drive directly to Phitsanuloke. Short stop at Wat Mahathat in Phisanuloke to visit a beautiful Phra Buddha Chinnarat, and then visit to Sergeant-Major Dr.Thawee BuranaKhet Folklore Museum this museum is well known for its collection of folk arts, crafts, basketry, pottery and ancient kitchen utensils. There are also many agricultural and household instruments displayed. Lunch at restaurant. ( if full board ) We continue to Sukhothai was the first capital for Thailand (then Siam ), founded in the 13th century. The superb palaces, temples and monuments of this great city have been lovingly restored in Sukhothai Historical Park , a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a must-see for all travelers. The tours including statues, Buddha images and old celadon found within the old city. Important sites inside the old city walls include : Wat Mahathat the Royal temple with a giant chedi built to house Buddha relics brought from Sri Lanka; Wat Sri Sawai with its three Hindu -style prangs; Wat Traphang Thong in the centre of a large pond and its Buddha Footprint; Wat Sa Si, an attractive temple on connecting islands with a large Singhalese Chedi. Wat Traphang Ngoen on the Silver Lake is the scene of the Loi Krathong festival. In the evening we transfer to Wat Traphang Ngoen on the Silver Lake to join festival of Loi Krathong including local food in festival site. Dinner at restaurant ( if full board ) Overnight in Sukhothai.
Day 6 Sukhothai - Lampang ( B / - / - ) Breakfast at Hotel Visit Srisatchanalai the northern outpost town of the kingdom of Sukhothai , built by King Ramkamhaeng. Visit to the Sri Satchalai Historical Park as well as Wat Phara Sri Rattana Maha Dhat, Which stands on the site of the Khmer fort ,called "Chalieng" Lunch at outside restaurant. ( if full board ) Afternoon, we continue drive to Lampang. On arrival visit Lampang Luang Pagoda one of the North's finest temples. The chedi towers above surrounding trees. To the left of the chedi is a viharn with a carved wood facade and double - level roofs. Hamonious proportions and exquisite interior decoration make Wat Phrathat Lampang Luang one of the best examples of Northern - style religious. We drive to the city to enjoy riding on hose cart around the town before check in at hotel and free at leisure. Dinner at restaurant ( if full board ) Overnight in Lumpang.
Day 7 Lampang - Chiang Mai ( B / - / - ) Breakfast at Hotel Visit the oldest temples at Wat Phrathat Lampang Luang provides an old Lanna or Burmese architectures. Late morning we heading to Chiang Mai along the way stop to visit Daan Kwian local market where you can found wild animal meats such as deer snake, etc. The drives continue to Lamphun; the twin city of Chiang Mai .We visit Phrathat Hariphunchai one of the most sacred for Thais and also a beautiful pagoda. Lunch at outside restaurant. ( if full board ) Then we drive onto Chiang Mai passing the old road through a thousand of big trees over 100 year's old. Arrived in Chiang Mai checking to hotel and free to relaxing on your own. Dinner at restaurant ( if full board ) Overnight in Chiang Mai.
Day 8 Chiang Mai ( B / - / - ) Breakfast at Hotel we explore this charming town with drive to the famous Doi Suthep Mountain , leading us to Wat Prathat Temple near the summit. At an elevation of over 1,000 meters, this temple grounds afford a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. We follow this with a visit to the old and new parts of the town featuring the great diversity. The "Rose of the North", Chiang Mai has been always noted for exquisite handicrafts whose the combination with the traditional wares of the hill tribe people offers fantastic shopping opportunities. Lunch at outside restaurant ( if full board ) We drive to the neighboring villages of Sankampaeng and Borsarng to see the various cottages industries including silk weaving, wood carving, silver ware and umbrellas making. Dinner at outside restaurant ( if full board) Overnught in Chiang Mai.
Day 9 Chiang Mai - Pai ( B / - / - ) Breakfast at Hotel The exciting adventure begins as we depart the town and drive through the breathtaking mountain landscape to Mae Hong Son. Along the way we make stop over at Mae Sa Elephant training center before we head towards Pai. Lunch at outside restaurant. ( if full board ) There is plenty to see in this beautiful area, some of which are the Lisu Hilltribe Village, the Lahu Hilltribe Village. We arrived in Pai, and check in at resort. After check in Free for relaxing. Dinner at outside restaurant. Overnight in Pai.
Day 10 Pai - Mae Hongson ( B / L / - ) Breakfast at Hotel We follow this with a trip to Maehongson and stop at Fish Cave where thousands of carps live an undisturbed life. Then next stop for relaxing at Pooklon Country Club for Mud Spa and natural mineral bath ( 3 hours) Lunct at outside restaurant ( if full board ) Upon arrival in Mae Hongson city & tenples tours before check in at hotel. Dinner at outside restaurant ( if full board ) Overnight in Maehongson.
Day 11 Mae Hongsin - Long Necked - Chiang Mai ( B / - / - ) Breakfast at Hotel We will drive to the Karen hill tribe village of Baan Nai Soi . At this small village we change our transport when we take a short but exciting elephant ride through the unspoiled forest to the Padong hilltribe village. This ethnic group still retains their old age cultural traditions as most of women attempt to have long neck by wearing numerous brass rings around their neck from an early age. Lunch at outside restaurant. ( if full board ) We will embark on a longtail boat for a leisurely trip downstream on the Pai River which also provides us a taste of the tranquil countryside and an interesting view of rural life close up. Then continue drive to Chiang Mai. Dinner at outside restaurant. Overnight in Chiang Mai.
Day 12 Chiang Mai - Departure ( B / - / - ) Breakfast at Hotel Free at leisure or shopping your own. Transfer to Airport for your departure flight.
